UPDATE: So I just went back to them again this year for the same thing because I didn’t take care of it last time and they still helped me! They are the best They were very fast at responding literally in minutes. They were able to text and email me and we got everything taken care of through text an email in on day. Amazing staff very efficient. Couldn’t ask for better service.

They helped me out so fast, the fact that it’s so easy and at my convenience, I didn’t not have to miss work, or take time off to go in. They always kept me updated on what’s going on. I definitely recommend them and if anything every happens I will be back! Thank you!

Although their website suggests a fee of $25, the actual rate offered is $60. When I inquired about the cause of my ticket being more than the advertised $25, the response was "We are a law firm" and then proceeded to berate me that I could not read when I pointed out that their website suggested $25 and I was curious as to what about my ticket caused it to be more than that to which they did not respond and continued to suggest starting at $25... Lovely company. Obviously bait and switch. Whoever "M" (the way they signed their messages) with Nevada Traffic Ticket Pro may be, he/she is quite the peach! Way too many other pleasant and trustworthy organizations out there that handle this same service to deal with this nonsense...

During the pandemic, I was cited by a highway patrol, who said I was going 1-10 mph over the limit in stressful times and then getting a ticket, I searched for Top Rated Attorneys specialized in these cases, so upon reaching out to Empire Law Group, they immediately took over the case and took it from there. I had Empire Law Group go to court for me over a ticket where I crossed over the double white lines on the 15 to get into the HOV lane. Now that they have finished their work, I truly wish I went to court myself or had a different firm go to court for me. At the end of it, I have to pay more for the ticket now then if I would have just paid the ticket online.

Rip off...paid 60 bucks for a 148 fine and 1 point onMy traffic court ticket...all they did was take off the 1 point. And still have to pay the 148 dollar traffic ticket. Think they could at least cut the ticket in half. Waste of time....and $.
