I had a positive experience with Decastroverde. My case was unique in that it happened the literal week we shut down the school in Vegas because of Covid. It took TIME time to get paperwork and such. I was always kept up to date and in the loop and I knew I'd be taken care of. My only negative is the multiple people my case got bounced around with. However, I think my situation was unique and therefore they did the best they could. I'm satisfied and should I need representation again, WILL be working with De Castroverde.

In January I was involved in a rear end collision. While waiting at a red light to turn green. Impact was hard. Back of the car was damaged and my back took a strong hit from the impact. Owner that was at fault of the car accident took responsibility for his actions and said they would repair the damaged car and any medical bill if needed. Later that night back pain got more severe so the following day I went to the emergency room to get my spin check. Doctor said I had a fractured lower back and would need therapy. I contacted the person that was at fault of the accident but they refused to fix the damage or help me with any medical bills. I was referred to De Castroverde Law Firm. When contacting them Natalie took my case and told me to come into their office as soon as possible so I went the following day. When going into there office I was greeted by their friendly and professional staff. Not only do they speak English they also have staff that speak multiple languages just in case you need a interpreter. Within a few minutes I was talking to my lawyer Natalie about what had happen. I was nervous and scared because the damage to the car and medical bills were too high to pay for something I hand no fault in.
