Calder was with me all the way even though it took almost a year for my case. I recommend him for any services you need.

I agree with the reviews of Mr C. (5/9/2023), Calder did the same thing to me, I paid $2,500 in retainer, we never went to court, he never filed anything in court and all he did was write a letter to the management of my apartment complex and that did not deserve my $2,500. He was unprofessional, hard to reach but if i do not answer his calls, he gets a huge attitude about it. I explain to th guy im at work when you call and try to take bathroom breaks to call him back. He is not a good communicator, terrible at listening, he will cut you off, talk over you and you hardly get a word in. Me and Calder would constantly argue and he will get me confused with his other clients. He sent me an "eviction representation agreement" and i should have read it all first before i signed it. My case was NOT an eviction case. Beware of this guy!

I was deceived by the reviews below which I believe to be fake. Calder is a wolf in sheep's clothing. After Calder feigned interest in my case, I payed a $3,000 retainer for potential representation. Calder did not communicate with me and ultimately forced me to fire him within a few days. Calder claimed to have done a "considerable amount of work" within this short amount time but refused to provide an itemized list of his work despite promises to do so. Calder has deliberately ignored my attempts to resolve this issue. His conduct is unethical and inconsistent with the Professional Rules of Conduct. I may be forced to file a complaint with the BAR ASSOCIATION and take him to Fee Arbitration. DO NOT BE FOOLED by his 5 STAR REVIEWS. PROTECT YOUR MONEY.

I have to say that, Calder B. Gabroy was a blessing to my heart. I Jamantha A Rhaburn was at the court house for a case that I was trying to get justice for my loss of a service to my car. I showed up 20 minutes late due to I have quadruple's and a 2 year old. The Judge told me that he will not hear my case, and had the officer remove me from the court room. At this time Calder was already in the court room as I was being removed. I sat down outside of the court room and cried. So sad that the system that I serve as a former officer, couldn't help me! Calder walked up to me, and asked me what my case was about. I told him, and we talked. He stated that he would take my case. He had everything reopened, and we won my case! I got paid more than I would of gotten if that company would of just paid me up front. I'm forever grateful for his service and support!
