Jess defended me on multiple gun charges. He was able to plea down my charges to probation and a misdemeanor conviction securing my future gun rights. Jess is an absolute beast and can negotiate with the da, he spends a lot of time in court defending a lot of people!

I can’t even begin to explain how wonderful Mr. Marchese and Ms. Knight are! Starting out on my horrible divorce, I had a different lawyer who didn’t listen to a thing I was telling them. From the very beginning the two of them listened and took on my very complicated case. They took me at my word and helped me! They were thorough in search to find information and the truth! I contacted Jess on a Saturday, and by Monday he was in court for me on a reckless driving charge. He texted me every step of the way, and got my charges reduced significantly. He was awesome about communication, and I was never left in the dark about what was happening with my case. I live out of state, and with Jess, I didn't have to worry about not being in Vegas. Words can't describe what an amazing lawyer Jess is! He's a no bull crap kind of guy. He tells you straight up what to expect, keeps in contact with you all the time so your never wondering what's going on, always has time and makes time for his clients, and dresses to impress!! I was facing 20 years to life on two counts of sexual assault. Jess battered and beat up the prosecutor and the Las Vegas police detectives. Jess always communicates both the good and the not so good news in a timely manner. He is knowledgeable and actually reads all of the discovery and has a plan of action for the case.
