I put off writing this review for a long time because it’s upsetting how stressful they made the process of resolving my car accident when the accident was very straightforward and I was not at fault. I spent several weeks going to some dinky rundown chiropractor that did the exact same thing I would be in and out within 10 minutes every day where my thoughts and opinions on my health were not taken seriously. They tried to end my treatment abruptly when I was still in pain. I requested to be moved to a new chiropractor. Finally, I received actual care that helped then my treatment was abruptly ended without me given notice when I called the office to ask about it no one answered and this went on for 3 to 4 weeks of calling every single day multiple times a day. They would tell me that , my lawyer was not in my case manager was not in. They’ll take a message and then I would never hear back. Finally they fired my case manager quit. I got a new case manager and she was actually great decent amount of money but struggling to communicate, I would not recommend this Lawfirm to my family to my friends or to my worst enemy because they made the process of resolving my car accident , so much worse than it had to be. If you like open communication don’t seek Decastroverde for help. I thought I was helping support my Hispanic community but they are embarrassing to advertise themselves as that. I can’t imagine the service that those people who are not fluent in English get when they seek help with Decastroverde. This is a huge Lawfirm which makes you think they’re good, but quite the opposite they’re a mess.
