After what happened I was devastated. I did not think i was going to be able to keep my calm, I started my case with one attorney and ended with the De Castroverde Law group. After a call they made me an appointment that day to speak with one of the attorneys to handle my case. After speaking with them i immediately felt level headed and calmer as if i was in good hands, and i was. They took care of every question i had along with calling me to inform me of my court appearances. Everyone in the office was friendly and helpful. Never did i once feel like i was just another case to come through the door, they made the experience go very smoothly and i was able to live my daily life knowing it was getting taken care of properly. they always called me the day of and were always on time to meet me for my hearings. I would definitely without a doubt recommend them.

I am very pleased with my experience at the De Castroverde Law Group, especially with the attorney, David M., who helped with a family member's criminal case. I don't believe we would've gotten the "better than expected" results with the case, if I had not sought out his help. De Castroverde Law Group was such a big help with working on my case/cases. Also, they took care of everything and handled it perfectly. I couldn't ask for a better Attorney like David Menocal. David gave me a perfect understanding of everything the judge told me and what was said in the court room. However, he kept me informed and always gave me a heads up on what was going with my situation plus more. --From my perspective, I believe that you guys should go check them out if you're looking for a professional Attorney to look over your charges and take care of your case. This guys are full off crap. Show up late to court didnt help at all. Show up after sentece was over. No help at all. NOT recommended

Impeccable service they treat you like family

With the utmost respect and pleasure, I am happy to write an outstanding review for the DeCastroverde law group. In December 2012, one week before Christmas I was hit by a vehicle while on my bicycle in a cross walk. I sustained injuries to my right foot that left me in a walking boot for 3 months as well as several months of physical therapy and ontop of that, the emotional trauma that came with getting struck. I was very fortunate that I did not sustain more severe injuries and knew immediately I needed an attorney. My brother and the DeCastroverde brothers have been friends for many years so of course he refered them to me. During my first meeting with Alex, he made it very clear that I definitly had a strong case and that he and his wonderful staff would work very hard to get me what I was entitled to. Alex and his associates were very good with keeping communication open with me and answering any questions I may have had. In less then a year, my case was closed and my life can finally move on from this incident. I want to thank them for all of their hard work, caring attitudes and for being very easy to work with! It is with pleasure to write my personal review and recommendation for De Castroverde Law Group in regards to my personal injury case. I was first referred to the firm through a friend of Orlando after being in a car accident last year. The accident alone was stressful enough and dealing with the ensuing injuries only added to the financial, physical and mental burden. When I met with Orlando I was immediately impressed with his professionalism, knowledge and ability to articulate ALL of the options available to me. I felt comfortable and confident in choosing to work with De Castroverde to help resolve my personal injury case. Over the past year, as my case has progressed, I had the opportunity to interact with many people within the De Castroverde Law Group. Whenever I had a question or concern it was always addressed in a timely manner. One of the biggest statements that stuck with me came from Alex De Castroverde. At one point when I was feeling stressed and overwhelmed about the legal aspects Alex reminded me “It’s their job to deal with the legal side and fight for me and my job to focus on just getting myself better.” This was extremely refreshing to know that my attorneys were not ONLY working hard to deal with the insurance company but truly cared about my health. Anyone who has gone through an accident or injury knows it can be frustrating on many levels and the legal process can make things seem even worse. When my case got closer to settling, my attorneys made sure I was prepped and ready for all possible outcomes. I felt like there was a great deal of transparency in our communications and I went in with full knowledge of what to expect and where that could lead in the future. Thankfully the hard work of everyone involved in my case paid off during the legal proceedings. Kimberly, an attorney with the firm, was with me during some of the final parts of the process. With her extensive knowledge about my case and attention to detail we were able to get a resolution better than I had expected. I recently lost my job and was denied my unemployment benefits. I retained Orlando from the De Castroverde law group to represent me at my unemployment hearing appeal. He did an excellent job in defeating both my former employer and the unemployment representative who initially denied my benefits. My appeal was successful and I received my benefits within 2 weeks. I couldn't have won without him- he did a superb job at the hearing.
