Leticia was so very helpful throughout the whole process. It was my first citation and I was scared.. but with her responsiveness and updates I got through it and she helped me out a lot. She called me and updated me and walked me through the steps of what would be happening. (With very good explanation so I understood everything) and she answered all my questions. She was the sweetest person ever, and I know it’s hard dealing with a lot of people throughout the day but she is very attentive. Definitely will be recommending this law firm to all my friends. I want to thank Damon and Letty for talking care of a ticket I got. I went in to the office on monday Damon told me to ask for Letty she called and sent me a text the next day (Tuesday)and got my ticket down to a parking ticket and a fine to the court no traffic school no points on my driving record.
