I'm writing this on behalf of myself and my wife Lisa Gallo-Gabbert, she has been a client of Damon's for almost 20yrs and he has always done right by her, his partner Bill is awesome as well, they have a great group of people working for them as well...Its a bummer to read negative reviews from other people, remember there IS always two sides to every story. Never can you please everyone all the time no matter what. I highly recommend this law firm, especially if you are a motorcycle person!

Damon has helped me on several issues from traffic tickets, an accident and even some family issues. I know several other people who have had great experiences with him as well especially with motorcycle injury cases. He is always prompt and has been a very honest attorney as far as I have seen.

Great Motorcycle attorney. Prompt online response. I recommended them to other members of my family, and they worked well in resolving the issues. It saddens me to know others didn't get the responses they felt the deserved and left negative reviews. But I know that in my dealings with Damon and the firm, they've been nothing but courteous and sincere.

Like every law firm they asked for a retainer fee for them to represent you, which I did pay promptly and in full. Several months went by and very little was done in my behalf. They charged me for documents that were never presented in court. My balance grew higher and higher and i had nothing to show for it but debt. We agreed that I was going to make monthly payments once my retainer was finished which I did so every month and on time. I missed two month however on the third month i paid for the two months i missed, plus the current month. Every payment after that was on time. A month before my final trial they contacted me saying that they wont be able to represent me unless I paid my balance in full. I had no choice but to max out my credit cards to be able to pay for the entire billing invoice. Once my balance was $0.00 i asked if they were going to continue to represent me and they responded that I would have to pay an additional $5000.00 as a retainer fee in order for them to proceed. I didn't have the money so they dropped my case despite them saying if I had my invoice balance to $0.00 they would continue with my case. Which i did. This firm is full of liars and manipulators and have no interest in helping anyone other than themselves. It clear they don't care about their client's. In order to continue taking your money they fill you with false hopes and say whatever they need to continue draining your wallet. Avoid this firm. Please research every firm that you are considering to hire before signing the contract. I wish i would have done so before hiring them. Needless to say, my trial didn't go well and I'm buried with in debt. Thanks to them...

I was fortunate to have Joshua Santeramo of Schuetze & McGaha represent me for DUI and multiple other tickets. He handled everything without me having to go to court and kept me updated along the way. He somehow was able to get all three of my tickets (including the DUI) reduced to one non-moving violation that had only a small fine. I'd highly recommend him to anybody who needs an excellent DUI lawyer in the Las Vegas area. You can't go wrong with this law firm.

Schuetze & McGaha is the best firm in Vegas! Damon has been my family's attorney for over a decade and has always taken excellent care of us. He and his staff are always punctual and professional; I would never take my business anywhere else! They go above and beyond for their clients. Damon is an honest, stand-up guy who takes pride in his work. Like I said, best firm in town!

Horrible communication and unprofessional. It would take a while to get any type of response and it was difficult to contact my attorney. In one of my trials they were unprofessionally dressed and didn't have much knowledge on my case. I had to correct em twice in front of the judge. This firm is money hungry and cares very little to none for their clients. However before i signed the contract they were always on time and fast to answer any of my questions. Look for another firm. They were a waist of my money and more important time. Don't expect them to stand by their word. If i could rate them zero, I would. Several of the reviews if not all are obviously fake to boost their rating.

Avoid this law firm. I was made to feel unimportant. We had appointments and they were always cancelled and i was never notified. The times that I called they gave me the impression that i was bothering them. It was a task to get a hold of my attorney. It was very hard to get an update on my case. The time that I did, nothing to very little was ever done and somehow my bill would always get higher and higher. Once I was no longer being represented by this firm, my bill continued to get higher despite them not being my attorney. I was given a lot of false hope and promises. This firm is a waist of time and money.
