I called Mr. Jacks in April as I needed correspondence for my divorce. If you want to go to only 1 attorney and not have to change in the middle of the process, go to Mr. David Jacks. Mr. Jacks is the type of attorney you can count on for life! I'm serious, like needing any other professional like your physician, dentist, accountant, mentor, go to David Jacks because Mr. Jacks is the type of attorney you'll want to come back to if you have any future legal issues in your life. Mr. Jacks will be your ace.

I consulted with David on a child custody matter. Excellent advise on how to proceed! I appreciate his honesty, and his great knowledge that he gave me! I will use him as my Attorney in the future!

Mr. Jack, Did both my cases at once for child custody and grandparent rights. We randomly got a referral for him from another law office that was full on clients, and We are so glad we did. He was there since the first day to the last and more. Anytime I needed to call him, he was there and answered. This was my first time with anything court related like this, and he made me feel much calmer. I’d worry, and ask him a million things and he’d answer all million and told me how it is, how it works and so forth. He got us exactly what we wanted from grandparent rights to the custody case (actually more then we expected, cause 1 phone call a week was much better then the 2 they normally get). The thing we loved was he was always honest and straight forward, he will tell you a apple is a apple, not make you think a apples a orange weather you like it or not and he is right, and keeps you in reality, and that’s what you need when your using you hard earned money, you want it to go to something you know will be worth it verse a lawyer who will just Milk you for your money. We absolutely appreciate and loved having Mr. jack & if we need him again we will be back without a doubt. Thank you for all you did & always treating us like people & understanding. If you have questions he will do a consult and of any places I called I can tell you his was by far the best, he actually will look at your case and see & tell you which is also something that sold us of all 23 places he was the ONLY one to take a look and give a honest advice, like really out of his time and day not even knowing if we’d retain him, that there shows how much he cares for people and the big hearty he has! Especially when dealing with sensitive family matters, patience is key, and David could not handle tough situations with more patience, grace, kindness, and compassion. This is a second review because I hired The Jacks a second time for another challenging trial with my Ex. I am still in awe of the staff. They had me work closely with his office team, Leah and Jamie, to keep my costs down. They are amazing. They know my case like the back of their hand. Communication is always easy and always very honest. This team is very caring and straight forward. I was never surprised because they always set realistic expectations for me. When it came time to go to court, we were looking at at minimum another year. Mr. Jacks sat down with my ex and I, and very patiently found a settlement that we could both agree on. He and I have not agreed on anything in about 10 years yet with his help we found something we are both satisfied with. I am still shocked this could happen at all. Mr. Jacks is my go to attorney! He has, in my opinion, absolutely amazing and has the best team working for him. They all do what is right for the client, even if it is not lining their pockets. Mr. Jacks could have easily agreed to go to another court/trial and increase his fees. He didn't. I would recommend this legal team again and again. I hired Mr. Jacks to represent me for my case and he did an AMAZING job for me!!! I could not be happier with my service as he was diligently working for me the entire time. I went through a nasty custody case with my ex.. I couldn’t afford an attorney at first so I remained in the “outskirts” of the testimony aspect of the trial which had been over 5 months long. I finally found Mr. Jacks, he informed me that it would be difficult as he was hired at the last inning of the playoffs but he would do his best for me. I put my trust into him to keep my son with me because his mother walked out a year before and never really tried to contact me or my son. Mr. Jacks has to make his living too don’t get me wrong but he was able to set up a payment plan I could mostly afford and he did an AMAZING job. He won me primary custody of my son. Out of ALL the lawyers in Vegas I chose him because not only of his awards that I found he had been awarded ( many by the way) but also because when all hope was lost and the case seemed like I would not gain primary physical custody of my son I told him I want to go for it. As a man and a Hired attorney this man is a great individual and will help anyone who asks him ( once again he has to make his living too but variables are not a stranger to him). David was an excellent attorney he answered all my calls and questions he listened to what I had to say he listened to what I wanted and he made sure that I got it he cared about my child like it was his own child he explained things to me before they happened and what he was going to do about him. And when it was time for court he stood fiercely and well prepared I couldn't ask for a better attorney!!!!
