I had a consultation with Mr Miley over the phone and was very impressed by him. However when time to hire him came and I contacted his office I was sent by his secretary Pam an invoice for a retainer fee with a due date same day. And a couple of attachments in a email. When asked her to help me understand what the payment covers and what not she snapped at me in an extremely rude way. She told me to go look for another lawyer as she feels there's a language barrier. I explained to her that Mr. Miley and me had a very good long conversation over the phone and there has not been such thing as a language barrier. At that point she just turned up her radio ignoring my reqest. It was extremely disappointing experience. For the first time in my life I got to experience such unwelcoming unhospitable rudeness being discriminated just for asking a woman to help me understand something. This racist woman Pam seemed to be more interested in the puppy she keeps in the office rather that help Mr Miley clients. I'm sorry I was not given the chance to hire Mr Miley.

I ended up in a really nasty Divorce battle. Counselor Miley and his staff pulled me back together, I was a mess. He knew the Law in extreme detail and put a plan together that worked and got resolution to 100% of the issues in my Divorce in a peaceful manner. Also, his office manager, Pam, was an awesome help. She answered the phone 100% of the time and got whatever was needed done (filing motions paperwork, mailings, etc) immediately. They saved me as I was under complete attack

Very few honest and straight forward attorneys in Las Vegas, I was lucky to have found Mr. Miley. I have been fighting custody for my daughter and Mr. Miley made it happen.
