I’m very thankful for this practice and especially thankful for the owner Mrs. Rebecca Fuller for being absolutely amazing and taking the time to answer my questions and also taking her personal time for me to find a lawyer in my area that she personally knows. She has been such a light in my hard times and she definitely didn’t have to even deal with getting back with me plus finding someone to help me. She’s also very intelligent in this area. I just got a call from this Practice and they were VERY rude and informal. The caller basically blah, blah, blah'd me even after I told them I was seeking representation because I felt like the justice system was already not taking my case seriously. He would not even allow me to finish my sentence without throwing out the $5000 retainer they need. I then said that other attorneys at least offer the opportunity for a consultation before being railroaded with a $5000 retainer fee. I do not recommend you even waste your time with these people. They made me feel like "another number" on their desk of files.

Roger is a very personable, excellent attorney. I couldn’t ask for a better experience handling my trust and my mothers estate.
