friendly, personal service for custody, wills and trusts

Mrs. Fuller is by far the best lawyer I have ever had the pleasure to meet; she is compassionate, kind, and well versed in her career field. I hired her after being denied Social Security Disability (SSD). She was very knowledgeable about the appeals process and explained it in detail when I retained her, what she intended to do, how she intended to do it, as well as what was expected of me to ensure my appeal would be a success. One of the things that I appreciated most was the fact she told me it was a LONG process from the get go, knowing this helped me to manage my anxiety and continue with my life while waiting on Social Security to make a decision. Lo and behold Mrs. Fuller was correct, SSD took its sweet time, after 3 denial letters, several phone calls from Mrs. Fuller to Social Security, many doctor appointments on my part, it happed just as Mrs. Fuller explained it would, we received a letter stating if we wanted to appeal the case further we would have to make a court appearance. That’s when Mrs. Fuller really started to shine, from the moment we walked into the courtroom she was a bulldog and dominated the courtroom with both a polite and fierce demeanor. Within 12 minutes (that’s not an exaggeration) the court date was over and the judge ruled “fully favorable” for my case. I believe this outcome is directly due to the extra time and work Mrs. Fuller put into my case, and when the time comes for me to be reevaluated I will seek her guidance once again.

I went there on Sept 2017 to establish a Trust in my name. I come from abroad, and I work in the software industry, so not at all comfortable with the topic in itself, nor with its specific glossary. The lawyer who helped me - Rebecca in person - was EXTREMELY effective, professional, patient and gentle. Not only she did her job as expected (i.e. I got my Trust). But she was able to get my understanding at the exact point I needed, and she was able to do so by adjusting to the glossary that I could possibly understand, and always being nice and patient. I would definitely recommend this practice.

By far, Attorney Giuliani has been the best law experience I've had in Las Vegas. I've had to work with/contact a few law offices in town regarding Probate matters, and I wish I had found Attorney Giuliani sooner. He is by far, the most patient, professional, and trustworthy attorney I've encountered. I'm a Type-A personality so I feel the most comfortable when I feel like I have a good grasp of the situation and process at hand. With other lawyers, I've felt very rushed and have had some difficulty getting more detailed responses (or sometimes responses at all) - I always felt really hustled out of an office (i.e., I'm still asking a question and the lawyer is already getting up from their desk to show me the door). I rarely knew what was going on - just that the attorney would handle the situation and draft the paperwork sometimes without ever having spoken to me directly - and started thinking maybe that's just how law operated. Although the issue was still handled, it just left a big question mark. Attorney Giuliani, on the other hand, really takes the time to answer questions thoroughly without making the client feel rushed. He is easy to contact and very responsive to emails/phone calls. I would go to him again in a heartbeat if I have a future need for a Las Vegas probate attorney's services. Thank you Attorney Giuliani!
