In addition to US needing to change the TIME of the notarization she graciously adjusted for NO fee then Additionally brought the document from the signer she witnessed to us afterwards which we did Not request till after. 100% above and beyond the call of duty, very polite and very professional. Isabel is outstanding! I contacted her the first time in 2023 to notarize some financial documents for my Dad (you can read that review at that "other" review site that rhymes with "kelp"). Well, my Dad passed this year and that required notarizing documents to secure survivor benefits for my Mom. I went straight to Isabel for assistance. She came to the house, and in reviewing the documents immediately noticed that the notary language did not conform exactly to what's required by Nevada law. So to avoid any legal issues she created separate "Nevada Individual Acknowledgement" documents to correct for the errors. I mention this just to demonstrate the knowledge and attention to detail you'll receive from using Isabel as your notary. I am a non-resident alien who had a Trust case to fight in the US. From the moment I contacted the Giuliani Law Firm, I was treated with the utmost respect and courtesy. He printed out extra copies of necessary documents to reflect the trust in many places after the appointment. He answered every questions I had in strong confidence.
