I have used the law firm and the customer service is impeccable. I met with Larissa Drohobyczer Esq who was amazing to deal with. She is very nice and spoke to me like a real person. You know how you feel when you speak to some attorneys, well it was not like that at all. Larissa is down to earth and real. She helped me with my wife's accident case and she got us a great settlement in 2017. I want to personally thank her for all her help. She even calls once in a while just to check in with the family and make sure we are ok, that is true customer service! I recently started listening to her facebook videos and they are awesome. Larissa is absolutely amazing! I called her last minute to assist my fiancé with answering a motion that was filed against her by her child’s father. Not only did she assist us and answer all of our questions and concerns, but she was able to get us in the office the same day. Prior to our visit I offered to pay her what ever her hourly wage was, and she insisted on me not giving her a dime. Although we were only there for 30 minutes I still wanted to pay her for her time, but she continued to decline my offer. This is my second time going to Larissa about a legal matter and both times I left overly satisfied and confident. I can’t thank her enough for what she has done for me. She’s an awesome and knowledgeable lawyer, but most importantly she’s an amazing person. 😊
