The team at Stovall & Associates are absolutely amazing!!!!! I can't express how much I appreciate the staff's continued follow-up even after our original attorney departed the firm. Disappointing and frustrating experience, the lawyer working with us, Larissa, left the firm. No one kept us updated on our case in the meantime. Larissa came back and left again. Again no updates or contact from anyone in the firm. Her replacement, Mark, has no idea how to talk to clients, he's dismissive, rude and constantly interrupting. Doesn't read his files, has no idea who he's talking to on the phone and is condescending. Real professional work.

What a huge disappointment this firm is. My daughters case has gone no where in over a year & 1/2 and still pending. They keep passing around her case from desk to desk. "Award winning" attorneys yet they cant seem to resolve my daughters case. Very short of professionals!

Shout out to Larissa. She’s very professional and knows what she’s doing. Had an issue with my raiders tickets and in a matter of 2 days she fixed the issue. I was told that the issue was going to be fixed in a couple of months but that wasn’t the case with her. I highly recommend her.
