I have had the pleasure of working with Sean Akari and Mavelle Ochoa through my case. I must say that when it comes to top notch professionalism these two certainly express it. At no time during my case did I ever wonder what the status was or where things stood. It was nice to deal with such professionals. I cant wait to tell my friends and family about this wonderful law group. God forbid I don't get into another accident, but if so I know who to call.

The associate who took my case appropriated my funds incorrectly forcing me to have to fight for what was owed to me. And, during my trial he added my bills incorrectly in front of the jury so the defense lawyer had to correct his math. So embarrassing. I HIGHLY recommend using a another agency. This was my biggest mistake.

I got into a previous accident around 2011 and was helped by Glen Lerner. For all the publicity and airtime he receives on television, you'd think he would be good. It was less than personal. I never met my lawyer and only dealt with the case manager. They rushed through my case and got me little out of it for all the time spent. Reluctant about going to them regarding another accident, I went looking for a new attorney, and this is where Bernstein & Poisson stepped in. I got a good settlement out of my car accident. We were stopped on the freeway and someone rear-ended us. I was left with a life long injury. The medical bills piled up quickly and Christopher Burke, attorney was able to get the bills talked down to "medicare allowable prices" rather than the HUGE bills they originally billed. that part was 5 STARS. The 3 STARS is an average of the over all service of this law firm. Mr. Burke never kept me informed of where he was on the case. I would have to call and call and leave messages and THEN FINALLY I would get him on his cell phone. The office was horrible about answering... they would let it ring and ring!!! End the end everything it all worked out; but I and my husband had to hound him for results. It dragged out for 9 months after I was done with therapy and the injury was ruled lifelong.
