From the first office visit with Gabriel Martinez, I felt that GGRM really cared about my case in many ways. Mr Martinez advised me of all my rights, what to expect throughout the case and how to properly deal with Dr office visits. The information and advice GGRM provided me was very effective in dealing with Dr's, especially the ones that seemed to be busy, have bad bedside mannerisms and didn't make me feel all that "taken care of". If I had to do it all over again, I would choose GGRM in a heartbeat. All their attorneys were very knowledgeable, and worked together to get me a settlement that I was not expecting, in fact, much more than I imagined. The insurance co dealt with me in unfair ways, but since I had excellent advise from my attorneys, and a paralegal on my case that was always on top of everything (thank you Maria!) my case went very smooth! Because GGRM was on my case, including 3 surgeries and 3 weeks shy of 5 years of dealing with denials of treatment, denial of many months of TTD payments, it all went smooth. Particularly since they got me all the treatments I needed during my case and EVERY dollar of back pay the insurance co owed, which was over $40,000. If you are injured in any way, take it from someone who went through the entire process and can say without reservation that GGRM will handle your case and take care of you for real. Their office has a full staff of very competent attorneys and I am telling you the 100% truth, they actually really care about your physical well being, can probably get you more money than you thought you might get and were always there when I picked up the phone to call for their help. I will definitely call them if I am faced with any type of personal injury or worker's compensation case again.
