It was great. First time experience with any type of Law Firm. The communication was very easy and they they were always available to answer questions. Would definitely recommend to others.

Had to do most of it myself.., attorneys’s non-responsive or had no clue what was going on and if they did respond ,it would be week to weeks later after the fact…. Very dishonest practices, Been since October 2022 and still can’t collect my buyout…now December 2022 and nothing... GGRM claims it ALL belongs to them…. Had to file with state board , with a possible lawsuit against GGRM.

This law office has bad customer service. I’m an old client, I have been calling for weeks now to try to get a copy of my file. I left three different people voicemails, because every time I call, they give me a different person to speak to. No one has returned any of my calls or emails. They also did a horrible job on my case. Good luck!

Always called to inform me of where they were in the process. The front desk women always treated me with respect. They were warm and inviting.

I was kept abreast of the process by Karla and Jeremy throughout my case. They walked me through step by step with doctors, referrals to chiropractors, spine clinics and surgeons. It was scary in the beginning knowing all the bills were adding up. They worked with the insurance companies and found money that wasn’t there. In 18 months I was finally paid out way more than I even imagined! They were great! I am so thankful I found GGRM! You really changed my life! Thank you for all your hard work! I loved how simple they made this whole process. From consultation to settlement and any appointments in between. Everything was on demand and I can text them any questions or concerns and they get back to me at a timely manner.
