Horrible and not working with you but against you. Don't return calls or care about your health. I lost my house my job and my family while waiting for them to close my work camp injury case. All they care about is to cash out on your case.

I do not not recommend this law firm, I’m currently with them and every time I need to talk about my case the assistant daisy never answers my calls, she takes days to return my call or even a week, I tried reaching her supervisor to see if I could switch to a different person and I didn’t receive any calls back either.

This was a solid medium experience due to the fact that I felt the case was dragged out due to a mistake on the team's part. After I had agreed to the final settlement amount in 2023, I was told that the amount was incorrectly calculated and turned out to be significantly less. The attorney at that time reached out and offered to go another year to make back some of the difference, but in the end, she left the company and there was no extra compensation. With better communication from the beginning, this would not have happened. I was very frustrated during the entire first year because I would call the office, text, or leave messages, and would not hear back for months at a time.

When I first started this very difficult process, it was promising that this would go smoother, unfortunately my experience was the worst I have ever encountered, originally my lawyer was Jason D Mills, I was careful in choosing his company to work with, so without any communication Jason D mills joined GGRM, first issues I had was the horrific lack of communication, I received over my almost 5 yrs was less than 20 emails and even fewer texted, I constantly reach out to the office to get updates, I think I had 2 lawyers change and at least 4 paralegal all with no prior communication, I was constantly addressed by him, without knowing if I am male or female,there is a proper way to address people when in doubt, the lack of professionalism is appalling. Be prepared to do your own leg work while you are healing, just terrible how my case was handled I would not recommend using them.
