Absolutely phenomenal engagement with Austin! The amount of time he takes to get to know his clients and their unique situation is deliberate. Taking the complexity out of the aspect of building out an estate trust through simple explanation and then making sure it's understood by all parties by using a whiteboard to diagram the process. These are things nobody wants to think about but trust me, you don't want to deal with what happens after the loss of a loved one without having this setup prior.
