Customer service is great, until they have your money. Now after paying $7,000 for my mom's estate plan, and the bank didn't take their paperwork to put me on the account, I can't get a single return phone call or email from these people. Horrible customer service. ---- Update ---- After reading this review and working through some problems we had connecting by email, they responded and helped solve the problem to the extent possible with the bank. I changed my rating from one star to three stars as a result.

Shane and the Young Law Group Team are awesome! Not only did they put my Estate Plan in place, they also handled transferring the deed to my house into my new Trust so I didn't have to!

I was told this month of September that I would receive a free will if I attended an online presentation. I could not log in to this website that they have. I called and they acted like it was not their responsibility. Please do not believe this company. Pay for a will at an attorney that will tell u the truth. I was lied and manipulated to !!!!

Estate Planning can be difficult. Making decisions after we are gone are challenging and difficult. The last thing we want is for our loved ones to argue about what happens to our estate. They have you submit a preplanning worksheet that really saves time and allowed us to discuss several scenarios during our time together. Instead of passing documents across the table, we were discussing choices. Their system and precise information gathering process assured me that all my wishes and protections for my family and future generations would be taken care of. I am very pleased with my decision and recommend this law firm if you are considering options.
