Horrible experience, wouldn’t even recommend them to my worst enemy. Hired them and all they did was postpone the case over and over again and never solved the issue. Wasted my money, my time and my patience.

Jack is both incredibly knowledgeable and also practical when it comes to business law advice. He helped me out on several contracts issues related to commercial property leases. He's the best and I can't recommend him enough.

Hey Dale Hayes I want to say thank you for getting me off a serious case you know I still have a lot of love for you man... You got me off of serious charge that I could have done 8 years for attempt blank... Don't want to speak about it but I want to say thank you...

Where to begin.Far too much transpired over 9 months that is unacceptable so I’ll limit it to the highlights. I was charged $400 for a consultation they advertise as free. Also left a $3500 retainer as well as paying about $60,000 over 9 months. I’m still not sure as they are not very professional and like most firms fail to send a final roundup of all fees paid to them so you have to settle for putting together random emails which is no fault of the accounts person who’s a nice guy. Liane Wakayama & Kate Kudwick I think are two of the most irresponsible deceitful & harmful Attorneys out there. They wasted time as they failed to tell me I needed to demand an accounting if I wanted one, then when it came months later they never looked at it so by the time I could afford someone to look at it, too much time had passed to ask questions such as where about $20 million on stocks art bank accounts and assets went. Liane failed to show up at the hearing we waited months for and Kate instead showed but failed over and over to open her mouth as the trustees lawyer lied over and over that the trustee always paid bills she was asked, had a recent appraisal of a trust property condo that begins half to me yet she subsequently put it into her own name, the trustees lawyer lied saying stocks need a medallion that takes long time, it was endless. Kate looked all over at her desk, the floor the ceiling and when she did speak fi allay the judge and the lawyer interrupted her. Kate and Liane asked me to approve an accounting they just told a judge was objectionable then asked me to give indemnity to the trustee for 2022 while there was ( and still is) documents they both signed in the courts that say the trustee violated her fiduciary duties. It gets better. Kate and Liane together with the trustees lawyer all failed to tell me I was entitled to 90% of my trusts even watching the trustees lawyer lie to the judge saying I was only entitled to 10% to which the judge said I cannot have any more . I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt that maybe they just don’t know how to read the documents but then when they found out I’d learned, they never apologized which I would imagine anyone would apologize if they learned they’d made a mistake if that gravity to cause that much harm, would apologize or nit be able to sleep. Neither did so it’s inescapable in my opinion then that they intentionally hid that to help the trustee. I’m also not sure but after speaking with a civil rights attorney it looks like the criteria for 18USC 241 may have been met by this conspiracy to oppress me and deprive me of my property so we have to see how things unfold., also Kate and Liane failed not only to tell the judge the truth at the time or after but failed to report the other lawyer for lying to the judge and failed to report the other lawyer for over billing and double billing which they found he was doing. Overall I can’t speak for the other lawyers there but I wouldn’t recommend either Kate or Liane except maybe for criminal defense or domestic violence I think from what I’ve learned they’d probably work to help get them off.

I want to personally thank everybody in this office and especially everyone who helped me with my case and get it dismissed. Was treated with respect and was kept in the loop the whole time. So happy I went with these people and happy to have my name cleared. 10/10 would recommend.
