Mr. Vlasic is an excellent attorney that is always available to help me out and answer questions. As a real estate agent, I’m constantly running into situations that require his legal expertise and he is always the first person that I refer my clients to. Last time we worked together, my client was involved in an earnest money dispute with the seller that had dragged on for 4 months. Once Mr. Vlasic was retained, a letter and phone call resolved the dispute in 4 hours resulting in a full refund of the earnest money to my client. His knowledge of real estate law and contract disputes is 2nd to none and he is great at strategizing and planning so that my clients and I are protected. What I like most about Mr. Vlasic is that he is not afraid of a fight. Even if my clients may be in the wrong, he is willing to go to battle for them and come up with out of the box solutions that may not win the case, but will at least minimize the damage. Every client I’ve referred to Mr. Vlasic has been more than satisfied which is why he is the first person I recommend.
