Update: I initially gave this office a 1 star because I was given specific information on proceedings of a land transfer and was told conflicting information the next day which would have made the transaction impossible. However, Mr. Nelson reached out to me and the entire matter was miscommunicated by a member of his staff. Normally, I would only give 4 stars as an update since his staff member did make a mistake that was, in my opinion, negligent. However, Mr. Nelson has taken a lot of care to rectify the matter and made it clear that he did not care if I updated my review and that he just wanted to make things right and have clear communication. I think that's honorable. Mr. Nelson clearly cares about his practice and his community.
