Johnathan Nelson is by far the best lawyer I have met. He is very professional as well as knowledgeable. Since meeting Johnathan a few years back, he has handled all of personal and my business legal aspects. Pahrump is very lucky to have J.K. Nelson Law and his knowledgeable staff in our town!

This may not get approved because I haven't yet spoken directly to the attorney but when I called his office to ask a question his staff was insanely helpful (they asked him the question for me) and they went WAY above and beyond what was necessary for someone who wasn't yet ready actually hire an attorney. So, again, while it's true that I haven't talked to him directly, it's my experience that attitude reflects leadership and his staff is awesome so odds seem to be in favor of him being pretty awesome too. After making several phone calls to several offices and doing a good deal of internet research, this was the ONLY office that stood out and made an effort. My choice is definitely made. I hope this review is approved...I think it's important to recognize that the staff is a very important part of the equation when choosing an attorney.

I currently filed a join petition for divorce in one of the county's in Nevada but got a letter from the county clerk for additional info on my kids. My current attorney had no clue on what needs to be done neither did he know such a rule or requirement existed. I reached out to Attorney Nelson based on referral from my relative, his admin Darla was quick to act, she got us a consultation call with him the same day we called. Attorney Nelson patiently heard us out and reviewed the letter from the clerk, figured out there is unique rule that could be used to provide the supporting documentation asked for. I signed up with him for help, hopefully will complete the process soon. I am grateful and thankful for his advice and service to people.

Finally an Attorney that is local to Pahrump that was friendly and professional that gave me prompt service in amending my living trust. After the first free visit I had all my changes taken care of within a week. Thanks for the great service.

Jonathan gave me second thoughts about bankruptcy at this time. Will work for me on a later date. When it's not so financially impacting on me. Very good communicator. Will definitely be going back to him when it's time.

I met with Johnathan Nelson this morning praying he could help me with my custody case, not only is he extremely nice and welcoming, he also knows his stuff!!! And his rates are awesome! He jumped right into my case, made some calls and gave me information about my case, came up with a game plan and I left with some hope and feeling great in my decision to have him as my lawyer!

I contacted the law office of Jonathan Nelson based on a referral from a friend of mine who is also an attorney. I have since used Mr. Nelson on 3 different occasions for traffic violations. Jonathan and his staff are very responsive. I never had to wait more than 1 day to hear back from them. Mr. Nelson has impeccable legal writing skills. He did a marvelous job of capturing what we wanted to say, and putting it in legal context, which was clear, concise, and made sense to me, and more importantly to the judge. Jonathan is very able to think on his feet and demonstrated this in front of the judge on more than one occasion. Most importantly, Jonathan is genuinely concerned about his clients. He treated me not as a client, but as a human being. I did interview other attorneys, prior to choosing the Law Office of Jonathan Nelson, and I did not feel the level of experience or sincerity that I felt with this office. I unequivocally recommend this firm.
