Highly informative class. Kandas is an absolute pleasure to listen to. Truly knowledgeable and easy to understand, explains very well. I hope to attend other classes where she is the instructor. Fun, informative and new insights. Even though I've done 1031 Exchanges this was a great class. I would recommend this class and Kandas Myer as an instructor. I would also highly recommend Kandas and IPX to facilitate my 1031 Exchanges.
