When an out of state lawyer is looking for a partner firm to co-counsel a major case, selecting the right firm invariably has a direct effect on the ultimate outcome of the case. Time and time again over the last 10+ years me and my firm have opted to partner directly with Brett Carter at Bertoldo, Baker, Carter & Smith in Las Vegas. Not only is he an excellent attorney in his own right but he knows his way around Las Vegas and the Nevada court system like few others.
