After I was injured on the job, I met with 4 different Law Firms, very large, reputable firms you hear on the radio. The first 3 consultations were hopeless as they walked me to the door and said I didn't have a case; they couldn't do anything for me! Quite discouraging as I limped away on crutches. Thankfully my brother referred me to Javier. Our meeting went well and he assured me we had a case. Workers comp doctors were NOT on my side, they all treated me like the criminal, not the victim. Javier was on my side the whole way. He had much better doctors look over me, and he got the job done. About a year and a half after the injury, I received a phone call saying we had a settlement coming. A few months later, I met with him to pick up my settlement check! Javier was very patient in explain everything and making sure all our questions and cobcerns were addressed. He took all the worry and concerns as he dealt with everything on our behalf. When I first met Mr. Arguello, I didn't know what to expect because this was the first time that anything like this has ever happened to me. He was always straight to the point and never beat around the bush.
