Mr. Devine and his staff assisted me a year ago with my bankruptcy. He and his staff were professional, knowledgeable and proficient during this process. In addition William has responded quite timely with my follow up questions since my bankruptcy was discharged. I have and will continue to refer Mr. Devine for legal services. He has demonstrated that if the situation is not something he handles, he will offer referrals. For example; I contacted William on behalf of a friend who purchased a new home. She was unsatisfied with the home builder. William provided two referrals. He helped me help my friend.

Mr. Devine helped set up a trust and will for me. He was very informative about laws and personalized it to exactly what I wanted. He responds quickly to emails.

I called Devine Law Firm since I am a member of Metlaw and was referred over by Hyatt legal services. I spoke with a paralegal who explained he can't give me any legal advice and that some of my questions were not in his scope of his job. He told me its hard to overturn tickets at the Henderson justice court. Told me to get a criminal lawyer. I asked what they help with then and he said getting the points removed and avoiding traffic school. I advised well thats what I would like to do. He spoke with a lawyer and called me back and said I need to get a criminal lawyer once again. It was a ticket for unsafe lane change and not once did he ask why I wanted to fight the ticket or didn't agree with it. Not once did the lawyer call me directly to go over the situation or details of what happen. Hopefully this review helps if your looking for a lawyer.

I retained Mr. Devine to help me with a real estate matter. When I met with him, he seemed knowledgeable and personable. He initially sent out a letter in my behalf, but activity stopped after that. After several weeks of inactivity, I tried to reach Mr. Devine by email, and phone, to which I got no response. I gave up and hired another attorney.

William assisted my family with the creation of a will, trust, and advanced directives. The entire process was easy and he took all the time we needed to explain the legal options and recommendations as we navigated through everything. When everything was finished, William provided us with a professional binder of all of our documents as well as forms to assist us in providing the state with our advanced directives and our bank and the DMV with information to transfer assets into the trust. I have already recommended him to others and would use him again if the need arises. Overall, it was a great experience and I felt very confident in his knowledge of the law.

I contacted Mr. Divine's office on a Friday morning, and he called me back Friday afternoon for a free consultation. He understood exactly what my issue was regarding a property I was administering as a Trustee that had been foreclosed on for HOA dues delinquency. He knew exactly the right questions. He was able to look up the property and respond exactly about it as we spoke. He could explain the unusual nature of Nevada law in this circumstance, and how it affected the heirs of the estate. He was up front that there was really nothing he could do in terms of litigation, but he was very helpful in terms of alternatives I could pursue to get some relief from other creditors that were unrelentingly pursuing for the deceased's debts. Bankruptcy is stressful and William puts you at ease. Very knowledgeable. But also extremely busy; which made him hard to reach at times. I would definitely recommend him.
