The consultation is primarily to determine if you can afford to pay them. If you can't, you are summarily dismissed. Don't get me wrong, he's not at all rude or mean but he's also not sympathetic or empathetic. He's just done with you. He's also very overpriced. I did some legwork (made some calls, looked up other lawyers, etc.) and found a handful of just as highly rated attorneys whose fees for the same service were less than a third of what PandA charge. Maybe it's different if you can afford to hire him...I'll never know.

Xenophon is known for his excellence in bankruptcy, debt settlement, loan modifications, and short sales, but he also provides great service in a lot of other areas of law as well. Great attorney for whatever your legal needs are.

I usually don't write reviews but PandA deserves one! I used Peters & Associates for 2 loan modifications and they did a fantastic job! Tanya and Judah helped me reduce my mortgage payments and were able to lower the principal balance and end up saving me a lot of money, AMAZING! They were also able to reduce the mortgage payments for my parents house in Florida and saved their home from foreclosure. Very good communication and fun to deal with. You never feel alone and they really come thru! Don't look further, there can't be a better law firm out there, trust me! Tanya, Judah and the rest of the team....You guys ROCK!

Mr. Peters' firm, Peters and Associates handled my short sale. They were able to get me a full deficiency waiver and $3000 in Cash for Keys money, too. The process wasn't without it's hurdles (HOA liens, 2nd Mortgage, IRS lien) but he got everything taken care of seamlessly. I really appreciate all his hard work! Now, I'm buying a new house again!
