Definitely never thought I would be involved in an accident, I’ve gone so long without one and this is was my first and hopefully the last. I’m happy that I listened to the recommendation and all the reviews for Dimopoulos they were the best and I couldn’t have had a better experience especially with this being my first actual accident I wasn’t sure how everything worked out. They were so helpful especially my case manager Lucina with any questions I had she answered at any time always so nice and there when I needed something or wanted to get some clarification. I really couldn’t have gotten a better person. I will certainly be recommending them if anyone ever asks or is in a position in which Dimopoulos could help. I hope nothing like this happens again but in the case it does I will not hesitate to use Dimopoulos Injury Law once again and ask for Lucina simply because she was just so helpful and overall made the entire process a breeze and definitely not what I was expecting. They overall exceeded my expectations and couldn’t have asked for better people which generally have your best interest in mind.

Kimberly Lobos was amazing to work with. She was amazing with communicating every step of the way when it came to my claim. I was skeptical in the beginning because I have had such bad experiences in the past with other law firms with not communicating everything and rushing the process. Even not providing with the breakdown of where the money was allocated too. But with Kim she made sure she went into great detail and provided amazing customer service. She went above and beyond and I am extremely grateful For her. Thank you again Kim you are AMAZING.
