When I first met with paralegal Brenda, she explained the whole process and answered all of my questions and concerns. Brenda was always there for me, every step of the way. Going into this very stressful and emotional process about my car accident, she made me feel at ease. I also worked closely with paralegal Stacey. So im a delivery driver and was making deliveries on xmas eve when i got rear ended,side swiped guy took off chased him for 40 miles till we both got pulled over. Where i was then left to call my work n explain what happened. It was a long night that bout stressed me out. My buddy suggested calling dimopoulos. Im sure glad i did. The way i’m just tooooo excited to be represented by Steve Dimopoulos and his amazing team! Vdanna, (girl i hope i spelt it right) Tracy, and Ruby whom is my case manager are the sweetest and best people i’ve ever met. We’ll start with the actual professionalism and care these 3 ladies exemplified. For starters, they are my third representation from my accident and I was in my car accident May 20 2023, it has been a depressing road to finding actual good representation where I feel like my attorneys, case managers, receptionist, etc. genuinely care about their client and what they’re going through. They listen and will get you the best medical treatment really fight for you top to bottom. Though my case hasn’t settled yet and i do plan on coming back and updating this review when they get me together lol i just wanted to start off with a character review. We talked about my case for about an hour (got business out the way) and then the remainder 1 1/2 we literally just talked about so many different random things to the point where i felt i met these beautiful ladies in a past life hahah. Vdanna is obviously a woman that gets things done and does NOT beat around the bush (makes a perfect attorney 🥰) Ruby my case manager is just so sweet and and informative and very well spoken and charismatic! Tracy is the awesome one that recommended to this office and i literally dropped my 2nd lawyers (pacific west) after only being represented by them for not even a week lol! It was a gamble for me and i was unsure about it but when i came into the office and spoke to the 3 ladies about my case, it was the very first time i felt at ease and like i was being taken care of!
