Polite, Professional and Patient when I called to inquire about their traffic ticket services. I had initially called the popular "pink" building in town known for handling traffic issues. I tried to ask him a couple of questions over the phone and he cut me off each time with well we will see you when you get here to discuss it all...then hung up. They may be popular and too busy to speak to potential clients but zero professionalism. I then called Rosenblum offices. The gentleman that answered was calm, didn't make me feel like I was bothering him and answered the questions I had. This ticket happened to my dad in Vegas, I live in Portland and was trying to help Dad out....I explained that and within a few minutes and a few steps the case was in their hands to deal with and not my Dad. They kept in touch with emails so that we knew what to expect and when. Being in the service industry all of my life I truly appreciate being treated with kindness while dealing with professionals. Case closed and goal achieved...I would give more stars if I could.

Rosenblum Law Offices produce excellent customer service, but they lack execution.

They resolved my issue in a timely manner and I would use them again but hopefully not for my needs:-] It was worth it to use their services.

They were just awesome, great communication with fast responses. Would highly recommend!

I did not have high expectations initially, as many Las Vegas businesses are not the friendliest or most knowledgeable BUT I had a great experience here. The office manager John was a pleasure to work with and even did me a favor by taking care of a complicated traffic case at a fair price. Would highly recommend.

Rosenblum is the best, why? Well I caught a speeding ticket that was originally 20mph over the speeding limit. The police was nice enough to issue me a 10mph over which reduced my ticket to the minimum of $195. I was still worrying about my insurance so I googled and found Rosenblum with the best reviews. They charged $25 to file on my behalf, got my ticket reduced to a parking ticket and now I learned my lesson. Thank you sooooo much for communication and resolving my matter just in weeks 🤸🏾‍♀️💪

Extremely fast service. They were able to get my speeding ticket reduced to a parking ticket, and ZERO points on my driving record. Also, they saved me money, because if I wanted these results myself, the cost of the gas alone would have been $75 to get there, and back, plus the time, etc.... I would recommend Rosenblum Law Offices for sure. I hope I never need them again, because I don't want any tickets, but if it ever happens, they will be the ones I call.
