My name is Keith. I would like to give Reza Atari and Associates a humongous thank you, for putting me on their backs carrying me and seeing me through my case with USICS. To say how Blessed and Greatful I am, is an understatement. It was a long journey but we did it. I have to thank my attorney James cool dude for walking me through the huge pile of paperwork and accompanying me to my appointments. I would like to thank Joy who put the huge pile of paperwork together for us, very nice lady and oh yes Maribel the front desk associate awesome and knowledgeable lady, always smiling makes you feel comfortable and family like thank you so very much you're all appreciated.

I walked into the office and waited 30 minutes for a consultation. After he called my name I walked into the room and the entire encounter lasted less than 2 minutes. I asked him a question and he said that he cannot answer my question without charging me a consultation fee. He did not bother to even listen to anything else I had to say and stated that he was busy as he had a lot of other clients and very rudely told me to leave. EDIT: As he has replied to my review calling me an ungrateful person, I will elaborate further. I didn't come to get legal advice for free, I was trying to get a consultation about other possible visas to file, such as work visa or other visas, but you did not bother listening to me. You heard the first part of where I said I have previously filed the I130 myself and you didn't bother listening to anything after that. Your statement that you answered the one question as a courtesy for free, your answer that you gave "no you have to just wait" was without even listening to me. And all this is not the biggest issue either, the biggest issue was how this man told me to "get out" as he has other clients waiting for him. I'm not even talking about good customer service, he barely had good manners. Which is further evidenced by how he starts his reply to my review of calling me an "ungrateful person" and sanctimoniously saying "thank you for being unreasonable" , instead of bothering to listen what the issue was and trying to rectify it for the future.
