Gracias por su excelente servicio fue un largo proceso de 7 años peleando asilo el abogado siempre me habló con la verdad .. al principio no habían muchas esperanzas pero sin embargo lucharon con migo y al final ganamos el caso ... es un gran abogado gracias por todo el apoyo y la lucha ... no fue fácil pero lo logramos ... Para comenzar tiene un mal equipo de trabajo con tremenda mala forma todos una de sus secretarias llamada Mirian Ortiz es la peor de todas que en varias ocasiones nos a tratado con tremenda pesadez y arrogancia y hoy hasta el teléfono nos colgó sin terminar de escuchar lo que le estábamos diciendo y a él no le gusta escuchar tampoco y te cambian las citas así por gusto y te viven peloteando de aquí allá cómo si tú tiempo o no valieran nada te dicen que valla y ya que estás ahí te dicen que el tiene que irse de urgencia y ya pierdes tu tiempo y tu viaje y al final termina haciendo lo que le da la gana sin ningún tipo de respeto hacia ti que eres su cliente.. yo en lo personal no los recomiendo

We were not impressed with this office nor the attorney himself. They offer Free Consultation, but he doesn't give you the respect nor he doesn't want to hear what you have to say after you tell him why you are there for. He's listed as an Immigration Attorney, but doesn't take the time to listen to the person seeking help. He practically boots you out of his office with his attitude, non-professionalism manner. He comes across as racist and not caring manner. I would never recommend anyone to him. You are better off looking for an Attorney who cares about your case and not so much about the money they are charging. It's all political. I am changing my stars if I could give a no star I would do that.

If you're seeking help with a visa for your fiancé(e) or spouse, look elsewhere. First, Mr. Athari charges $3,400 to file an I-129f/I-130 for you, despite that it requires minimal work on his part and he's unfamiliar with most embassy/country requirements. You're better off looking to support groups on social media to find guidance. Save that money by learning to file yourself (not that hard), then spend it instead on your family/wedding/travel. Second, this office doesn't offer consultations. Of course they advertise a free consultation, but this offer amounts to "Thanks for coming in. Here's my price. Take it or get out." Why? Who is so unprofessional that they can't quote a price over the phone for routine services? Third, Mr. Athari told us at the 'consultation' that the visa would take ~8 months, despite that the mean wait for I-129f approval alone was >1 year (and that doesn't include all the other steps). He lied about the timeline and the steps involved to get our business. I saved over $3,000 by not giving him my business. Instead, I filed myself, and now we have the visa in hand.

Amazing staff, got to actually see my lawyer not like other places. And am constantly being informed of the process.
