After contacting several PI attorneys, and turned down by all of them because either they were clueless on how to handle my case or were too lazy and perhaps my case did not fit into their automatic 25,000.00 insurance settlement model, I was referred to the Cottle firm by the Nevada state Bar association. Dan Ryan was the lead attorney on my case and Robert Cottle was involved as well. Thank you guys! It was a complex case that took much time and effort to conclude. I feel that the strategy they devised and the the direction that they gave me was outstanding. They gave me recommendations on how to proceed that I know benefited me and perhaps effected their firm negatively. I always felt informed and my communications were also responded to promptly and felt comfortable from the very first meeting. The end result was very satisfactory and I feel that the other side knew not to mess with these guys as they knew that they are are highly skilled litigators and not simply settlement negotiators. They really have their clients best interest at heart (quite rare for a law firm). All that being said, if you need a firm to represent you, this is the right place. They will do a good job for you. I hope that I never get hurt again by the fault of someone else, but if I do, I would not consider using anyone else.

I was referred to The Cottle Law Firm from another Law Firm that didn't handle my type of case category I must say from the minute I walk into the Reception area I was treated with Care Concern and Respect. I was very impress and felt comfortable that I was indeed in the right place. I never will Forget being offered water and Peppermint Patties Chocolates I was in Heaven...!! Little did the Receptionist no it was my Favorite. I only waited a couple of minutes and a very nice Lady Introduce herself and escorted me into a beautiful Conference Room.
