Oh my goodness Rivera Law Group is the most efficient Law groups I’ve been to. They really treat you like family and keep you updated on everything that is going on with your case They have an Assistant Laura that is the best I’ve seen. She will call you to make sure you are doing well and she will answer any questions you may have. I won’t go to anyone else.

Tristan Rivera had settled a case on my behalf about a car accident I was recently involved in. When I initially spoke with the insurance claims adjuster, he gave me the impression that he was trustworthy and was looking out for my best interest. Luckily, I told a friend about it. He informed me that I was being treated unfairly and he referred me to the Rivera Law Group. I decided to give Tristan a call, and after speaking with him and explaining the situation, I became fully aware that the claims adjuster I had spoken with had no intention on fairly compensating me for the damages I had received from the accident. I had no idea how to handle myself during my phone call with the claims adjuster and I did not think that I was being taken advantage of. Tristan gave me a great understanding of the claims process and how to deal with insurance companies in general. He took over and was dedicated to making sure I was fairly compensated for my car damage, as well as my physical damage. While he was fighting my case, I was well taken care of during the whole process by his team, especially by his assistant Laura. Laura went above and beyond and worked very hard to assist Tristan with fighting my case, and also to make sure my recovery process went as smoothly as possible. Laura genuinely cared about helping and supporting while the case was being handled. Thanks to Tristan and Laura, I have that much more respect and appreciation of the experience I had with the Rivera Law Group. I'm thankful for everything Tristan and Laura both went through, dealing with the opposing insurance company on my behalf and making sure I was treated fairly. I was blown away by how well the case was handled. I couldn't have asked for a better team to represent me. Dude honestly best ever 10/10! Laura helped me fight my traffic ticket that wasn’t fairly given to me. She was very sweet, and helped me every step of the way. Rivera Law Group is the only place I'll ever go for personal injuries in the future. Although, I hope I never have to go through it again if by chance I do, Triston and his assistant Preslie is who I'm calling. I had one of the most agonizing expireances in my lifetime when I was hit from behind while at a stop light. From start to finish (about 7 months), I did not feel whole again until the end. I spoke to Triston about a week after my accident and probably 10-12 times after that by phone or text messages. He assured me that he would do EVERTHING in his power to get me the most he could possibly for my settlement. I completely put my trust in him and his firm. They were always available to answer my questions and explain the process to me. No matter the time or day I called/text, they responded promptly. And by the end of my ordeal, I was completely satisfied. Triston went above any other attorney I've ever known. He even lowered his rates just to ensure my needs were met! This, to me, was unheard of in the 'lawyer industry, ' but the Rivera Law Group did it. They put my needs ahead of their financial gain. Triston did this to ensure I felt put back to where I was before the accident happened! I cried when he presented me with my settlement check. And as I left his office, I felt whole again.
