Erik answered all of our questions and guided us through the bankruptcy process. Paperwork was filed and discharge was exactly the date he had given us.

Erik is very unusual for today's attorney's.When you meet for the first time more than likely he will be dressed in Jeans and sport shirt which truly impressed me.After only a few minuets I was convinced he was truly a Lawyer for the people and wanted to sincerely give 150% effort to his clients.. I have retained attorneys over the years that wore $2000.00 suits and $500.00 shoes and out of a total of 6 of them, the best one only gave me 75% effort. Erik is always easy to reach and talk with as you go thru the process of BK. Remember, he is working with you on your behalf from he first form to final discharge. Severino 5-star plus because if you hit rock-bottom financially, you can’t sleep, eat, do simplest chores, etc. because of worry.
