I found Erik through the web and am so glad I did. My bankruptcy had lot's of ramifications and surprising developments due to a divorce. Through the difficulties of my situation, Erik was empathetic, guided me in the right dirrection and was always available to answer any questions I had. His responses were always scincere and very clear from the begining. I will always highly recomment Erik to anyone.

Erik is definitely the lawyer you want to see if you need a second chance with getting on with your life. He was very honest and upfront with me from the start. All my questions were answered in a professional yet caring manner even though I felt dumb to ask them because I was so overwhelmed and didn't know what to do. I had a lot of anxiety about the whole thing but Erik was so down to earth and confident in his knowledge that my mind was eased. Several times. Because throughout the process I had concerns come up that in the end were exactly what he said, nothing to worry about. That alone would get my recommendation. Everything was quick, easy, and painless. Questions and paperwork were answered and processed quickly. Erik took care of everything that needed to be filed and let me know ahead of time what to expect and when. I especially liked the convenience of doing things virtually. I just had to show up for the meeting at the end. Definitely worth it...I had a huge burden lifted off my shoulders and have my freedom back.

I had gone to 2 law firms before I found Erik and his law firm online; I had no prior referral. I placed my trust on him/his firm hoping that everything would work out. The final result of his legal work was everything one could hope for! I only had 2 face-to-face meetings with Erik, i.e. during the initial consultation and on the date of my court hearing. Yet, we worked together for months (vie email exchanges) and not once did I have any problem or issues with him or his work product. He was patient during the initial consultation - explaining all the phases of the legal process - all the details involved, documents needed, fees involved, timelines, etc. He was always prompt in responding to email questions/concerns; open to suggestions, if any. Because Erik knows exactly his legal practice, he can put you at ease by telling you what you can expect from your case, what to avoid, what you as a client need to do to ensure success (it always takes two, you know). He will remind you of deadlines, or whatever it is you need to submit (i.e., documents) so you don't miss any court-mandated deadlines, etc. He will review your papers to ensure accuracy and completeness and take care of everything from there. Post-hearing, he continuously provided me with status updates until we received the court's order and everything became final. I could not have asked for an ideal lawyer than Erik and his firm! I highly recommend Erik and his firm in this particular area of practice. More power!

Mr. Severino assisted me in my bankruptcy. He was incredible. Unlike many lawyers who never returned my phone calls or emails, he always responded almost immediately and always within 24 hours. He always had my best interests in mind and gave me great advice as I went through the process from beginning to end.
