Erik Severino is an exceptional bankruptcy attorney who truly cares about his clients. My fiancée consulted with several attorneys, and most of them seemed more interested in getting her money than providing honest advice. Erik, however, was different. Erick Severino is amazing! I initially went with a different attorney who took my money and never ended up filing my case. I went to see Erik Severino at the beginning of last year for a chapter 7 bankruptcy. I wanted to wait until the process was fully completed before I did my review. Since it was my first time I was super nervous and scared. Scott was helping me for the most part. You can still email Erik questions as well and he responds very quickly. They were both knowledgeable, patient and responsive. I had so many questions since it was my first time and they answered all of them. They helped me through everything and reassured me. The paperwork was done very well. I have no issues even from this day. I really recommend their services. They are very caring, good and trustworthy. They get the job done. The payment plan was also excellent as well. Thank you for helping me out!

June 5th 4:30pm, Terrible experience, I scheduled a phone call consultation and the guy on the phone literally started arguing with me. He called me said the phones were down and was sorry for calling me late at 4:30 when my call was for 3:30, I understood that and said I know it’s not your fault. He asked to reschedule for tomorrow and I asked will I for sure get a phone call at that time tomorrow politely, He then started saying “oh well sir like I said it wasn’t my fault I’m saying that because you’re making it seem like it was my fault I made it clear”. EXTREMELY disrespectful behavior from such a high rated company. I’ve been in talks here for over a year now and made it clear I’m ready to go through the process with this lawyer but after this convo I’ll look elsewhere. Thanks.
