I have filed for bankruptcy. I had to fill out information online. Such questions as how we got into debt. Bank statements.Etc . Had a small business. Did not work out. The yellowbook breach of contract.After submitting the online forms. Eric was to contact us and to set a court date. Haven’t head from him in weeks so I called. He mentioned that he was so busy. We were planning a move to the Reno area. So a couple of months later , he sent me the online forms. I had to do this all over again. But time ran out. I’ve paid $1,100.00 . We had moving plans. Coming up. If Eric. Had processed the online forms. We would had the bankruptcy wrapped up before we left southern Nevada. So Hibu the advertising agency where we got behind on payments took over $10,000.00.With their attorney Out of our bank.So I lost the lawyer retaining fee and $10,000.00. So Eric failed to process my forms and the statute of limitations were up. I’ve lost both with Eric mentioned that the retaining fee is non refundable.
