Gina was very thorough in reviewing contracts and explaining the legalese. She caught a point in a contract that was "non-negotiable" that was able to be changed and will ultimately have a very significant financial impact. She was pleasant, prompt, thorough and very professional. I appreciate that she was willing to work over the phone and come to me to discuss items because it is very difficult for me to leave the office. Plan to use her again for any legal needs.

Gina met with my partner and I on very short notice and then worked with us for several months to get our operating agreement just as we needed it for a small private medical practice. She checked in with us routinely and was very patient as it would take us several weeks to hash through each item and proposed change. Gina is the best. I was looking at purchasing an existing business when I found out that another buyer beat us in submitting our purchase offer. I emailed Gina and she was able to at short notice come through and deliver us a Letter of Intent (LOI) protecting our interests before the other buyers time frame expired. First of all i'd like to thank Gina and her team for a great learning experience and for making my business purchase smoother than i imagined. I won't be coming back I don't feel like I was taking very seriously paperwork wasn't filled out properly the first time. Phone calls to the answering service were never received according to staff had to follow up multiple times with my messages. Cost me a little extra money and another court date. Had to explain My Story 3 different times which I got charged for all three times to do. I feel like I could have done it all myself and have saved $2,000. Just had the feeling that you had way too much on your plate to chew and I was a dish less desired. I was however satisfied with the last lawyer that came to substitute for him. I'm still waiting on copies of all my paperwork by the way, and it's been since December. Also some of these people leaving reviews on his page work for the firm or know him in some way. I have mixed feelings about Thomas he made me feel really good in the beginning until after I paid he even knocked off a couple charges here and there in which the office staff found a way to add on more and make it back don't really know who was at fault in The Firm for my particular situation taking so long or not being taken seriously and paperwork not being filled out and filed properly. Just feel like I spent way too much money on my particular case. Also this will probably come off as offensive but you should probably try to cut back on the dip it sounds like you're having trouble breathing like you're choking on it made it hard to understand you when you were talking to me... And to answer your repetitive response in advance I don't think there's anything you can do for me to change my mind at this point. But I'm a businessman as well so I'm all ears.

I literally have been battling an issue with my Home Warranty and needed to seek council but although this office doesn't deal with this kind of issue, the woman who answered the phone was sweet, patient and willing to provide me info that would absolutely help. I'm forever grateful. Thank you!

Bad experience! He blows smoke up your dress telling you what he can do for you, giving you hope. Then when the going gets tough he is no where to be found. Drops your case like a hot cake and doesn't return phone calls. Doesn't pay his bill so you can call him. Don't waste your money!!! Voice mailbox "Not set up" so you cant leave voicemail. Leaving a message with his office didn't work either. Shame on you Mr. Michaelides for taking advantage of people who felt they had no where else to turn.

If I can give a 0 I would. I called and spoke to him over the phone. When I explained my case, he was quick to judge, rushed me off the phone and even said horrible things to me!! No compassion at all! It's a blessing in disguise because I found a better Lawyer who is kind, willing to listen, understanding and was compassionate. My application got approved with the help of another Attorney. Stay clear of this mean Attorney! Mean mean mean.

Worst law attorney's in las vegas never return calls. Took my money and did absolutely nothing for me i wouldn't refer them to my worst enemy...
