Contacted Bobby Misko to discuss how to structure a small but peculiar real estate transfer. He was exceptionally professional and courteous. He took the time to listen and provide general and practical advice. He focuses on larger real estate transactions (commercial and investor-driven real estate transactions), but still took the time to help with my quirky situation. I'd definitely contact him when dealing with a larger commercial negotiation, and referred a friend who is looking for a commercial lawyer to him.
