I hired Brian Eagan to assist me with a complex trust case that spanned a couple of states. I consulted with several other attorneys, but from the very beginning he demonstrated far superior knowledge than the others and a better understanding of the law and gave me a lot of options to address my particular situation. Needless to say, he resolved my situation efficiently and effectively and put my mind at ease. A great firm to work with.

I hired this firm a few weeks after the death of my husband to handle his estate. I was assigned a novice attorney and was subsequently charged for both his time, and the time he consulted with his superiors for advice. Communication with my attorney was erratic. He was uncertain about procedures and options I had regarding the estate. When I requested a different attorney, I was told that I had to keep the novice attorney. I changed firms after 10 months of frustrating interactions with both my attorney and his supervisor. Don’t get gouged by this firm- there are many other more skilled probate attorneys in this town.
