Ben Cloward is a fantastic attorney and a wonderful human being who genuinely cares about his clients. During my injury case, he consistently updated me about the progress. Like a lot of people, I had no knowledge about the legal system so Ben took his time to thoroughly explain everything so I can make informed decisions. He is a person of integrity and I never felt like I was being cheated. My case went to trial that lasted nearly two weeks, and as painful as it was to hear the defendant downplay my injury, it felt great to have Ben representing me because he debunked every false claim they made. Ben is professional, honest, reliable, and will do everything he can to make sure you get a fair settlement. From my initial meeting with Benjamin Cloward I was impressed. My case had an added factor, as it occured out of state. His questions with regard to the facts of the accident were things I had never considered. I was very little help with the case as I had, and still have no memory of the accident (head trauma).
