Because I own multiple properties I thought this would be extremely complicated which is why I put it off for so long! They made the entire process so easy for me to understand, they were extremely kind and professional and I would Highly recommend them.

This review is long overdue but with a new perspective that definitely adds value. I lost someone close to me unexpectedly and was beyond devastated. Cassady Law handled the probate and in retrospect, after leaving a job in finance and becoming an estate planning and administration assistant myself, I was lucky to have had them as attorneys. I definitely wasn’t an ideal client- I called frequently, didn’t understand how long Probate actually takes, wrote unnecessary long emails and asked questions well outside the scope of estate planning. Brandi and the paralegal handled it with patience and respect. She always guided me where she could and was very honest when she didn’t have the expertise in an area of law I might have questions about. It was the single most difficult and painful thing I’ve ever been though but I would recommend them 100%. They’re family-oriented people and never forgot that I lost someone I love- trust me when i say that matters. Although I only engaged them for the Probate, please consider making an estate plan for your family with them and should the need arise, have them administer it. Great firm. More offices should strive to be like them.
