I was referred to Benson & Bingham by a friend after I was in a car accident. From my initial phone call to their office through the settlement, they were kind, understanding and professional. This was my first accident, and I didn’t know what to expect, but they answered all my questions and genuinely cared about me! My case manager Bernadette was always available to take my calls and kept me posted every step of the way. I hope I’m never in an accident again, but if so, I would only use Benson & Bingham. I highly recommend them! 5-STARS!

I never imagined myself needing an attorney for a car accident so when I became a victim of one of those horrible drivers out there I had no idea where to turn. My wife actually did the research to find this attorney for me and I'm glad she did. They were able to get me an appointment to see a doctor the day I contacted them to become a client and when I needed to change doctors that process was smooth as well. The staff here, especially my case manager (unsung hero!), made this entire process simple and easy to manage for me from beginning to end. Everything from signing on to be a client, to paperwork, interviews, questionnaires, potential arbitration and discovery, was made simple to understand and handle thanks to the staff here. They communicated with me every step of the way and always contacted me with any updates or to just tell me the progress of my case. Again, my case manager was wonderful. I hope to never have to need attorney services ever again, though if I do I am glad to know of where to get great attorney services.
