Daniel and Kennedy are absolutely trustworthy folks and they helped my brothers and I get our rightful portion of a family will, after being contested by an upset (lawyer) family member. In the end the firm even made better on their deal so we would have a better outcome. Great experience in hindsight, other situational outcomes with this firm would have been similar.

So much to say about this firm. Devin was our direct attorney. I have to say last year was the worse year of my life. I lost both my mother & my twin sister. Devin & his team fought for our family's estate & helped us get through all the craziness that comes with dealing with probate. This chapter was by far one of the worst chapters in my life & they helped my family to be able to find closure, peace & to be able to finally grieve. The firm did everything to help us close on the property & deal with all the pieces of the puzzle in this whole probate process. I don't know what I would have done if Devin was not there to guide us. I can not thank Devin & the firm enough everything. The customer service here is by far the best I have ever seen, I don't know that another firm would have gone to the lengths that Devin's team did. Some time ago, I had to deal with what should have been a straightforward transaction between banks in the UK and the US. Naturally, as I'm a citizen of England and not of the US, it wasn't straightforward at all. I found that I needed an intermediary and spokesman, and Suzanne Fitts, (Suzie), of Lee Kiefer & Park, was tremendous. Suzie considered whether my case was viable, and took it on. She was wonderfully polite and kind, and explained what she thought we needed to do, setting up team calls - which isn't uncomplicated in itself - and diarizing when and how to chase matters up. I'm impressed beyond words with Suzie's professionalism and efficiency, and though my case is finally done and finished, I marvel that she felt able to take on an international financial nuisance of horrifying bureaucracy, and absolutely nail it! If I'm ever in such a situation again, (please, no!), I'll call Lee Kiefer & Park immediately and beg for Suzie. She's a thoroughly nice, kind woman, and sharp as a knife, and I'm relieved and glad that I found her, and LK&P.

I was able to address my concerns without any feeling of potentially being exploited and in return Ken gave me concise counsel on how to best address my issue. We formulated a simple strategy of recuperating my money and he even talked me through methods without the need of litigation or using the self-help centre at the courts should I not want to retain an attorney. Ken made me feel at ease, and if I do need to hire him - I am confident it will be a great experience.
