I was on vacation and got talked into attending a timeshare presentation. The salesperson made it sound so wonderful. I would be able to travel anytime I wanted to and would be able to stay in deluxe vacation condos. Even better once I paid off the loan in ten years I would own it FOREVER. After returning from my vacation I tried to book a trip. What I found was that the timeshare did not work as it was explained in the presentation. In fact nothing was available where I wanted to travel for a year which is the limit of when I could book a trip. I was so frustrated. I was stuck paying for something that I could not even use. The salesperson was not truthful with me. I felt like I had been taken advantage of and there was no way out. It appeared that I just had to suck it up and pay on something that was difficult if not impossible to use. To make matters worse the following year my maintenance fees went up substantially. I started to search for a law firm in Las Vegas that could help. The law firms I called kept referring me to O’Grady Law Group so I called them. Their process of determining if my case would be good was very automated and easy. I could tell they had worked on cases of this nature many times. My initial contact was a very polite and patient woman (Mar) who explained the process and was very understanding. Once I had all of the requested items needed for my case to proceed Mr. O’Grady went right to work. He returned my emails and calls during the process and was very sympathetic. It took what seemed to be a long time but one day I opened my email and noticed that I had a message from Mr. O’Grady stating that my case had been positively resolved. It is difficult to explain how it felt to be out of the contract. In my search for resolution I found that the timeshare companies have all of the power and can force you to stay in their contracts forever even if you were not told the truth when you purchased it.

I had a great experience with O'Grady Law Group. They resolved my Timeshare case very quickly and were very efficient in the process. William and Len answered all my questions from the beginning and were always available when needed it. I have recommended a few people and they all seem very please with the service and final results.

I talk to a representative and told me I could send my info of the contract of the timeshare by taking picture of the contract. I submitted the images of the contract thru email. Got a response that they need it as PDF form. I submitted it as PDF form by email. Got a response that I need to submit it by fax. This company is very unprofessional. Will looks somewhere else to get the help I need and not waste my time.

While on a trip to Las Vegas, I ended up using one of my friend's timeshares. Lo and behold, I somehow walked out of there with my very own timeshare. That was over 4 years ago and I haven't used nor had any desire to use it since the initial purchase. After several unsuccessful attempts to sell or cancel my contract, I turned to O'Grady Law Group for help. I sent them a copy of my contract to review at no cost and we scheduled a consultation to discuss my options. By the time I walked out of the meeting, I was very excited to have them working for me. They took complete control of the situation, including all communications with the timeshare company, and had my timeshare contract cancelled within 6 months. At my initial consultation I had inquired about the retainer. I asked at any time if we didn't go to court and there was remaining money left if the money would be refunded she stated yes. The night prior to the court case, my ex husband contacted me and stated he didn't want to go to court and wanted it resolved outside of court. Shelly did not even discuss this with me. When I asked she said: interesting. I immediately terminated her service. Because she had to go to court to withdraw herself, she charged me for it even though she didn't represent me. If I had known I would have had her represent me. To date, I have yet to receive any money back from her. Not at all trust worthy. She was not well informed about some domestic matters at all requiring assistance from another attorney. I have tried and tried to have my money returned and she is still has my money. NOT LEGAL.

I was sucked into purchasing a timeshare and subsequent upgrades which proved to be all fluff. Just about everything they said Proved to be nothing but fabrication and downright untruths. It would have been impossible to get out of such a deal if it were not for the O'Grady law group. They were above board and honest and professional in every way. I am truly grateful to them. I am now free from those contracts and now I can move on with my life thanks to the efforts By all of the people in the law firm. I would highly recommend them. Denise
