George really is a great lawyer and nice guy. He’s very intelligent and knows a ton about the law and auto law. From the start of the case I had a good feeling about him. A dealership tried to catch me in a bad contract and say I was just leasing the vehicle after paying almost over 70% of it off. They still hadn’t sent me the title yet 2 months in. Then one day the dealership said I needed to bring the car back and trade it for a new one. Of course I didn’t want to and so they said fine your only leasing it anyways. Then I stopped making payments and found George and luckily was able to work with him right away. He advices me what I should do from there and the rest was history. Going from thinking I really lost over $10,000 to the next day having massive amounts of hope overnight. Even though he told me don’t have high hopes, we both knew what happened was a illegal and I had faith. Fast forward about a year or so and I just received a $11.5k wire directly to my bank account. I’ve learned a lot of lessons during the time of “somewhat” owning this car. Luckily with George willing to be in my corner, I didn’t have to learn the hard way. I really appreciate all your help George I really can’t tell you that enough. Not only does the money of course feel great to have back but I’m also happy knowing the scam artist days of scamming are coming to a end. At least we can only hope lol. Either way i definitely didn’t expect to get the full payment back but I received in my bank account every single penny I put into the car. Very professional and I can tell he loves what he does and knows very well what he is talking about. I was in a bad situation with a dealer that lied numerous times to get my trade in and sold me a car I had to keep bringing back to get fixed in less than 2 weeks of having it and not to mention a loan was never secured but George helped my fight to get my original car and my down payment back. These salesmen will tell you what they think you want to hear and will scam you. I didn’t understand the whole process and that they neglected to give me the proper paperwork until I was informed by George. just move to Vegas a year ago and decided to purchase a used car from a small local dealer and i got Car fraud long story shorth i did not know anyone here is town and i decided to search for a lawyer and i found George Attorneys Against Auto Fraud and let me told he is the best attorney ever. Mr. George West is fantastic. My husband bought a vehicle from United Nissan and after a week of owning the vehicle United Nissan called us to return to the dealership to sign a different contract with a higher rate and payment. We were stuck in a bad auto deal with United Nissan but after contacting Mr. George West we were able to cancel the auto loan, return the vehicle and get our car back! We are so grateful for his service! If not for him we would have been scammed. Thank you Mr. George West.
